Rudolph’s Red Nose Repair Kit!

Rudolph

I just bought the Bigz XL Fancy Favor die and couldn't wait to use it. I'm going to fill these with either red Hershey kisses, red M & M's, or Cherry Sours or whatever red candy I can find on sale.

I used Real Red for the bag, assembled (really easy) using Sticky Strip, and sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip. Then I stamped small snowflakes from the Serene Snowflakes stamp set in Craft White. I printed the following poem on the computer on Whisper White cardstock:

Rudolph has a job to do

every Christmas Eve,

His nose will always light

the way for Santa and his

sleigh, But if his nose should

ever go out…don’t cry, whine,

or pout. Take out this bag and

use a bit from Rudolph’s Red

Nose repair kit!

Then sponge the edges and adhere to Chocolate Chip cardstock and attach with Snail adhesive.

To make the mini Rudolph:

Head - Chocolate Chip cardstock using the Small Oval Punch. Sponged edges in Chocolate Chip ink.

Nose - Real Red cardstock using the 1/2" Circle punch and sponged the edges in Real Red.

Eyes - Whisper White cardstock using 1/4" circle punch, and Basic Black with 1/16" circle punch.

Antlers - Bigz Tulipe die ran it thru the Big Shot with Chocolate Chip cardstock, cutting off the 2 smaller swirly accents (don't really know what they would be called), carefully sponge the edges in Chocolate Chip.

Assemble with Tombow liquid glue & let dry. I drew his mouth on with a Basic Black Stampin' Write marker. Attach Rudolph with a dimensional. Lastly, punch slots in top of bag using the Horizontal Slot punch and tie a 6" piece of Alpine ribbon.

If you have any questions, let me know.
