Can you believe it's Thursday already and time for another color challenge at Pals Paper Arts. This week we are playing with Crumb Cake, Real Red and Soft Suede. I adore this color combination!
- I think I'm going through a shabby-chic-vintage sort of phase and I have been obsessed with making flowers. The largest flower on today's project, I made using Stampin' Up!'s new Fun Flower punch.
- I punched out three flowers in crumb cake, sponged the edges and used McGills Paper Blossom Tool Kit and Stampin' Pierce Mat to give the petals some dimension. For the center, I punched two flowers using the the Boho Blossom punch....quick and easy!
- To add a little something-something under the spray of flowers, I took the new White Jute Ribbon and cut it into single strips. The ribbon is 1-1/4" wide and is so pretty and ties beautifully! I purchased a couple rolls so you'll be seeing it on a lot of future projects :)
