PPA 245 - a sketch challenge

It's time for another sketch challenge this week at Pals Paper Arts. This clean and simple sketch was created by the very talented Nicole Watt. She always creates the most interesting and fun designs. Click here to check out the Rules for the Gallery and to also see all the fabulous creations in the design gallery.

  • I love black and white together, so I opted for a monochromatic color scheme for this sketch. To achieve contrasting tones and attract attention, I used Back to Black DSP.
  • Some flowers are delicate and have unique layers of coloring that are simply beautiful. The Stippled Blossoms set gives you that creative freedom with Two-Step images that have a stippled effect for beautiful blending.
  • To give the flowers a little interesting, I stamped the image twice and fussy cut one and used McGills Paper Blossom Tool Kit and Stampin' Pierce Mat to give the petals some dimension and popped it up with a Stampin' Dimensional over the other stamped flower.

Enjoy your day!
