If you're needing some inspiration to finish making your Christmas cards, we have just the thing this week at Pals Paper Arts. The challenge this week is to create a card using Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow and Gold Foil.
- To me, these are perfect Christmas colors and a little splash of gold, really makes a statement. I hope you join us this week and if your needing inspiration, click here to see my design team members gorgeous creations !
- I wanted holly leaves but I don't have a punch or die, so I took a scrap piece of Mossy Meadow CS, folded it in half and used a 1" and 3/4" circle punches to make the leaves. I then gave them a quick sponging. At a distance they don't look too bad...just don't look real close :)
- The Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding is now retired, which I just realized as I'm writing this post. However, you could easily substitute Real Red Cotton Ribbon or Striped Grosgrain or use and White Seam binding and ink color of your choice and color your own. I have done that many times when I needed a specific color.
